Devin Varner is a top-producing REALTOR®, seasoned real estate professional, and accomplished business leader serving clients throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. As Chief Operating Officer and REALTOR® with Ikon Realty, he brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and luxury real estate, business operations, leadership, marketing, and client advocacy.

A DMV resident since 1997, he combines extensive knowledge of the region with a strong professional network and a comprehensive understanding of both real estate transactions and brokerage operations. Whether assisting buyers, sellers, investors, or luxury clients, he is committed to providing strategic guidance, personalized service, and exceptional representation built on professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and two Associate degrees in business-related disciplines. As Chief Operating Officer, he plays an integral role in the continued growth and daily operations of Ikon Realty while supporting agents through leadership, training, mentorship, accountability, and professional development.

Devin comes from a distinguished family legacy spanning architecture, professional sports, military service, and entertainment. His great-uncle, Harold Richard Varner, a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, was a pioneering Detroit architect and executive with Sims–Varner & Associates whose work contributed to the city’s architectural and cultural landscape. His cousin, Harold Varner III, is an internationally recognized professional golfer and championship winner who has competed on the PGA Tour and LIV Golf. His uncle and aunt, Marcus Valentine and Jully Black, have built distinguished legacies of their own. Marcus is a United States Marine Corps veteran and former sergeant who served during Operation Desert Storm. Jully is an acclaimed Canadian singer, songwriter, actress, Juno Award-winning artist, and cultural icon widely celebrated as “Canada’s Queen of R&B.”

He and his wife, Ex’ellym, are proud residents of Arlington, Virginia. A devoted husband and proud father of five, he believes success is measured not only by professional achievement but also by leadership, service, the opportunities created for others, and the legacy left for future generations.
